Most people grieve when they lose something or someone important to them. The way grief affects you depends on lots of things, including what kind of loss you have suffered, your upbringing, your beliefs or religion, your age, your relationships, and your physical and mental health.

PTSD is a mental health problem that some people develop after experiencing or witnessing a life-threatening event, like combat, a natural disaster, a car accident, or sexual assault.

While some people believe that depression is trivial or not a genuine health problem, it's actually a real condition that affects around one in 10 people over the course of their lives.

The Regulations prescribe the forms that are to be used in the exercise of powers under the Act, and these are set out in Schedule 1 of the Regulations. The Welsh Assembly Government is currently developing a set of forms that may be used by practitioners in Wales
